Delete your account

Use this page to ask us to delete your RideAfri account and the personal data linked to it.

What happens

• We verify the request using the email or phone number on the account.
• Your account is closed and your profile, saved addresses and uploaded documents are deleted, normally within 30 days.
• We may keep trip, payment and fraud-prevention records for as long as the law requires. These are kept securely and not used for anything else.
• Any wallet balance should be withdrawn or used before you ask; we cannot restore a deleted account.
